Why is there a build time?
Every Ever Sip™ is assembled by hand in Colorado's Front Range, one at a time, rather than pulled off a shelf. We build to demand so nothing sits in a warehouse losing its edge.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Not at present. Canada was added after the US and is the only other country we currently ship to.
Who pays the Canadian import tax?
The recipient, on delivery. It is typically $30 to $45 CAD. That is levied by Canadian customs, not by us, and it is not included in the checkout total.
What does the warranty cover?
All Glacier Edge products are guaranteed free from manufacturing defects for 12 months under normal wear and tear.
