Common questions
Does the power bank come with it?
No. Ever Sip™ runs from any common 5V USB power bank, so most people already own one. We recommend 10,000 mAh for a full day. A bank with two output ports is worth having if you also run heated gloves or a vest.
Here is one we have used and can recommend: Anker 10,000 mAh power bank with USB-C and USB-A output. Affiliate link: we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you.
What does the minimum operating temperature mean?
−1°F (−18.3°C) is the coldest ambient temperature at which Active Heat™ is rated to keep the water in the tube from freezing. Below that we make no claim.
Is the tube diameter really standard?
Yes. 0.292 inches, or 7.41 mm, is the common inside diameter across the major hydration brands, which is why Ever Sip™ works as a straight replacement on most packs.
