Will my water be hot?

No. The Ever Sip™ Active Heat Technology is designed to heat the tube so your water does not freeze, your water stays cold and refreshing. Using Ever Sip on a day that gets warmer? You can always disconnect the battery once temperatures go above freezing.
What Power Banks do you recommend?

Most power banks on the market today are 5V, so they work fine. We recommend 10,000 mAh for a full 12 hours of power, though 5,000 mAh works if you only need around 6 to 7.5 hours at a time. One thing worth looking for is a battery with two USB output ports, so you can run both your Ever Sip™ and another USB-powered heating device such as gloves, a vest, or a hat.

What hydration pack is this compatible with?

Fits most hydration packs as an easy replacement. The inside diameter of the tube is the standard hydration tube size of 0.292" | 7.41 mm.
Do you have a warranty?

Yes. All Glacier Edge products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months under normal wear and tear conditions.
