Will my water be hot?
No. The Ever Sip™ Active Heat Technology is designed to heat the tube so your water does not freeze, but you water stays cold and refreshing.
Using Ever Sip on a day that get warmer? You can always disconnect the battery once temperatures go above freezing.
What Power Banks do you recommend?
Most Power Banks on the market today are 5V so would work fine. We recommend 10,000 mAh for a full 12 hours of power, but 5,000 can work if only around 6 -7.5 hours is needed at a time. One think you may want to look for is a battery that two USB out ports so that you can use it to run both your Ever Sip™ and another USB powered heating device like gloves, a vest, hat, etc. Here is one we have used and can recommend if helpful - Anker 10,000mAh PowerBank with USB-C and USB-A Output
What hydration pack is this compatible with?
Fits most hydration packs as an easy replacement. Inside diameter of tube is standard hydration tube size of 0.292" | 7.41 mm
Do you have a warranty?
Yes. All Glacier Edge products are guaranteed to be free from manufacture defects and issue for 12 months under normal wear and tear conditions.
