Will Ever Sip™ Fit My Hydration Pack?

Almost certainly yes. Hydration tubing is quietly standardised, so the question is usually which connector you have rather than whether it will work at all.

Step 1: check the diameter

The common inside diameter across the industry is 0.292 inches, or 7.41 mm. That is what Ever Sip™ is built to. If your pack uses standard tubing, and almost all do, the diameter is not your problem.

Step 2: identify the connector

Look at the reservoir end of your current tube. A plain push-on with no release button means Standard. A visible quick-release means HydraPak® or Osprey Hydraulics™. Those two share one connector: Osprey® Hydraulics™ tubes and bite valves are made by HydraPak®, with red accents instead of blue, so either version fits either reservoir.

Step 3: pick your version

Standard fits CamelBak® and most other push-on packs. It is built on a compatible third-party tube and bite valve, not genuine CamelBak® parts, and it comes with a bite valve cover. For a quick-release reservoir, choose HydraPak® or Osprey Hydraulics™. Both are built on the same OEM tube, bite valve and quick connect, so the swap is direct and the disconnect behaves exactly as it does now. The only difference is the accent colour, so pick the one that matches your pack.

Common questions

Does reservoir size matter?

No. A 1.5L, 2L or 3L reservoir uses the same tubing. Volume changes how long your water lasts, not whether the tube connects.

What will not fit?

Three cases: packs using a non-standard tube diameter, which are rare but exist on some older and specialist models; systems where the tube is permanently bonded to the reservoir; and bottle-based setups with no tube at all.

What if I get it wrong?

Returns are open for 30 days. But send us a photo of your reservoir end before ordering and we will tell you which one you need.
